We’re all built differently so you might naturally have larger calves than you’re hoping for. You can’t target fat loss but you will naturally lose some fat in that area if you lose weight all over. Your body will balance it all out. If it’s Muscle from exercise, you can do exercises that don’t build the muscle so much.
